Everything You Should Ask Before You Book

Absolutely — we can provide our license number and you can verify it in minutes at dor.wa.gov. We're proud of our compliance record and encourage every client to check.
Yes — we carry $2 million in liquor liability and $2 million in general liability. We can add your venue as an additional insured on our certificate at no charge, which most venues require anyway.
Every single bartender on our roster holds a current Class 12 MAST permit — it's a non-negotiable condition of employment with us. We can provide copies of permits upon request.
We are. That's the fundamental difference between hiring a licensed caterer and hiring someone who just shows up with a shaker. We own the alcohol, we hold the license, and our insurance covers the event. You focus on enjoying your day.
We supply everything. You don't set foot in a liquor store. We handle purchasing, transport, storage, and returns on any unopened product.
Our full-service package includes the bar unit, all spirits, beer, wine, mixers, specialty juices and syrups, garnish, glassware or premium recyclable drinkware, ice, napkins, and a tip jar if you'd like one. Setup and teardown are included. You provide nothing except the guests.
All three options are available because we hold a catering license. We can run a fully open bar billed to you, a cash bar where guests pay us directly, a drink ticket system, or any hybrid. Most corporate clients love the drink ticket model — it controls costs without feeling cheap to guests.
Yes, and we take them seriously. Every event includes a dedicated mocktail menu — not just soda and juice. Designated drivers, pregnant guests, and non-drinkers deserve a great experience too.
That's one of our favorite parts of the process. We'll design two to four signature cocktails around your colors, theme, or story — and we'll name them after you if you want. For weddings, a "His" and "Hers" cocktail on a custom menu card is incredibly popular.
Yes — every booked event includes a one-hour consultation where we go through your full menu, guest profile, and logistics. For weddings we strongly recommend an in-person tasting. Corporate clients usually handle this over a video call.
Absolutely. We'll give you a curated menu of options at different price points and you build your bar from there. Want Clase Azul instead of Casamigos? Done. Have a guest list that drinks nothing but White Claws? We'll stock accordingly.
Unopened product comes back with us — that's a licensing requirement since we own the inventory. However, we credit any significant overage toward a future event or adjust your final invoice depending on your package structure.
Our bar requires a roughly 10×14 foot flat, level footprint with clear vehicle access. Send us your venue contact and we'll coordinate directly with them — you don't have to play middleman.
We arrive 90 minutes before your first guest and are fully operational 30 minutes before your start time. Teardown typically takes 45 minutes after last call. All of that is on our clock, not yours.
We serve the greater Spokane area with no travel fee within 30 miles. Beyond that we charge a flat travel fee quoted transparently in your proposal — no surprises.
Every event is staffed with one more bartender than strictly necessary so we have built-in redundancy. We maintain backup equipment for all critical components. In 5 years of operation we have never missed an event — but we plan like we might, every single time.
Industry standard is one bartender per 75 guests for a basic bar, one per 50 for a full cocktail menu. We recommend erring toward more staff — a slow bar kills the energy of an event faster than almost anything else.
Your lead bartender will be at your consultation and your event. We don't do bait-and-switch staffing.
Our staff are trained to slow-serve, redirect, and cut off guests professionally and without drama. We notify you or your coordinator quietly — never publicly. This is part of our licensing obligation, not just good service.
If we have — we know exactly where power is, how tight the access road is, and which coordinator to ask for. If not — we do a site visit before every new venue at no charge and contact their events team directly.
Our contract specifies a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. For weather or force majeure situations, we work with you to reschedule at no penalty — we're not in the business of keeping money for an event that didn't happen.
50% deposit at signing to lock your date. Final payment due 14 days before the event once we've confirmed your final guest count and menu. No surprise invoices the week of your event.
Gratuity is never included in our pricing and never expected — but our staff genuinely earns it. For open bar events we do not put out a tip jar unless you specifically request one. For cash bar events a tip jar is standard. Either way, it's your call.
Yes — we'll connect you with references from events similar to yours in size and format, and show you photos and reviews from those specific events.
